Do you <span class="muted">or someone you love</span> Struggle with <strong>Anger</strong>?
Controlling your anger will help you manage the way you feel and how others feel about you.
Learning what triggers your anger and where it comes from will assist you with recognizing and coping better with your anger. New Life 360, Inc. can equip you with techniques to manage and even eliminate your anger.
New Life 360, Inc offers anger management classes to strengthen a person's ability to control feelings of anger. Anger management is a type of program where you learn more about your anger. You'll learn how to handle that anger all the way from beginning to end. That means you learn how to recognize what things cause you to feel angry. You'll even learn what to do to calm yourself down, which is going to be different for each person.
We understand that anger is an important survival tool, but sometimes we let it use us rather than learning how to use it in ways that are neither aggressive, controlling, abusive, nor even hostile. In this group we learn, practice, and master tools for transforming how we feel and how we act when hurting or upset.
