Do you or someone you love Struggle with Anger?

Controlling your anger will help you manage the way you feel and how others feel about you.

Learning what triggers your anger and where it comes from will assist you with recognizing and coping better with your anger. New Life 360, Inc. can equip you with techniques to manage and even eliminate your anger.

New Life 360, Inc offers anger management classes to strengthen a person's ability to control feelings of anger. Anger management is a type of program where you learn more about your anger. You'll learn how to handle that anger all the way from beginning to end. That means you learn how to recognize what things cause you to feel angry. You'll even learn what to do to calm yourself down, which is going to be different for each person.

We understand that anger is an important survival tool, but sometimes we let it use us rather than learning how to use it in ways that are neither aggressive, controlling, abusive, nor even hostile. In this group we learn, practice, and master tools for transforming how we feel and how we act when hurting or upset.

Physical Aggression
Expression through hitting things or others

The real dangers of Uncontrollable Anger

It's possible to deal with anger when you can understand the reason behind the anger, and identify ways to avoid those situations or how to handle yourself when the triggers occur. Living a life without understanding your anger and getting it under control can result in many undesirable outcomes such as job loss, divorce, personal isolation, chronic dissatisfaction, high stress, negativity and more. Some of these can effect your health making you vulnerable to illness or making rash decisions with severe consequences - even death.

If left untreated, the effects of Anger can lead to the following:

 • Job Loss
 • Failed Relationships
 • Physical Harm
 • Drug Abuse
 • Depression
 • Anxiety/Panic Attacks

Don't let anger control you. When you are able to detect anger arousing situations, you can overcome your anger. You will feel better and accomplish much more when interacting with others than when you are always angry, unpredictable and unreasonable.
