Helping people while they are facing some of life’s most difficult challenges and being a support to individuals has been a passion of Caitlin’s for several years. Her education, training, and personal experiences have prepared Caitlin to walk alongside you in this new journey of the counseling process.
Caitlin received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Flagler College in St. Augustine, Florida, and went on to pursue a Master of Arts degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Immaculata University in Immaculata, Pennsylvania. Caitlin is a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern for the state of Florida. Additionally, Caitlin is a National Certified Counselor through The National Board for Certified Counselors.
Caitlin has experience counseling individuals, couples, families, and groups, all of varying ages, populations, backgrounds, and mental health related concerns. Additionally, Caitlin has school counseling experience working with middle and high school students.
Caitlin’s goal in the counseling process is to provide support and to empower you along your journey. At times, we may begin to feel overwhelmed by the many demands of daily life, impacting our relationships, our health, performance at work or school, or our mental and emotional well-being. With a welcoming and safe environment, Caitlin’s aim is to assist you in alleviating the strain of the many challenging demands of life.
In your time with Caitlin, you will seek to address the issue that prompted you to pursue counseling, as well as any other pertinent issues which may arises, collaboratively addressing these concerns in a healthy, supportive, and action-oriented manner, and setting goals which seek to foster change. As your counselor, Caitlin will be a direct, empathetic, and supportive listener. It will be Caitlin’s privilege to assist you on your journey.
