Voneshia McMillian holds an undergraduate degree from Bethune Cookman University in Sociology and a Master’s degree in Advanced Clinical Social Work (MSW) from Saint Leo University. She has over 13 years of working as a Case Manager Supervisor for a non-profit agency through the Department of Children and Families (DCF) and as a School Social Worker.
Voneshia believes helping others and seeing them at their very best is one of her greatest purposes in life. She received a certificate in Motivational Interviewing Therapy and is seeking to become certified in Christian Therapy. She has experience in working with individuals that may be experiencing depression, grief, anger, and anxiety. Voneshia currently provides individual, couples, and adolescent group counseling. She has a strong interest in working with adolescents and empowering them with the tools and skills they need to ensure a better future.
