Eva Guadalupe

Eva Guadalupe is a Registered Mental Health Counseling Intern in Florida who brings a compassionate, trauma-informed approach to her practice. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Criminology with a foundation in Psychology from John Jay College of Criminal Justice and a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Keiser University. Over her career, she has spent more than 15 years working with the Department of Children and Families (DCF) in Kentucky, Maryland, and Florida, giving her a deep, systemic understanding of the unique stressors faced by underserved populations and low-income households.

Currently practicing at New Life 360, Eva provides therapeutic services to a diverse population of teens and adults. Her clinical work focuses heavily on supporting survivors of domestic violence and trauma, as well as individuals navigating anxiety, depression, and major life transitions. She utilizes an integrative approach that incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care, while also offering faith-based counseling when requested.

Committed to professional growth, Eva is continuously expanding her expertise by becoming proficient in trauma-focused interventions and pursuing advanced training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). She remains deeply passionate about creating a safe, empowering environment where clients can build emotional regulation, foster personal growth, and move forward with confidence.
