Natalie Ladiero

Natalie is a counseling intern completing her master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, with an anticipated graduation just around the corner. With a rich academic foundation that also includes a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education and a Master's degree in Instructional Design and Technology, Natalie brings a uniquely multidisciplinary perspective to her work with clients. Her 20+ years of experience in education range from teaching Pre-K students to teaching college courses designed for military veterans transitioning into the civilian workforce, which has shaped how she connects with people of all ages and inspired her path toward mental health counseling.

Natalie works with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. She draws from an integrative toolkit of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered and Humanistic therapy, Trauma-Informed Care, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Clients who work with Natalie can expect a warm, non-judgmental space where they feel truly heard and supported as they navigate life's challenges.

Outside of her clinical work, Natalie is a lifelong learner who loves reading and expanding her knowledge. She believes that healing is possible for everyone, and she is honored to walk alongside clients on their journey toward greater well-being.
